Administration

Communications Officer

Candidate will be considered as Senior Officer or Assistant Officer based on experience
 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for both internal and external communications duties
  • Prepare and translate content for communication collaterals of the Club, including newsletters, notices and other promotional materials
  • Proof-read communication materials to ensure the information is accurate and timely
  • Coordinate with external parties on the production of printed publications, material purchases and support Club function/event setup and logistics
  • Handle multi-media tasks, including photo/video shoot and internet research
  • Assist in social media management
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements

  • Tertiary educated preferably in Communications / Translation or related discipline
  • Preferably 2 years relevant working experience, fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills
  • High attention to details, flexible and willing to learn
  • Team player, friendly, outgoing, confident and able to work under pressure
  • Interest or exposure in design and photography, as well as digital/social media is a plus 
 

Outreach & Event Executive

(Less experience will be considered as Outreach & Event Co-ordinator)
 

Responsibilities

  • To assist in organizing PR & Charity events
  • To coordinate logistics of events and provide on-site support
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with NGO partners, sponsors, National Sports Association (NSA), vendors & client contacts 

Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above in Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management or related field
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in event management and/or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
  • Outgoing, good communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, problem-solving skills and attentive to details
  • Ability to work in a team and work independently
  • Proficiency in computer software application
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered 
 

Network Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Maintain smooth operation of MS Office365, Active directory and Network Infrastructure
  • Manage WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi and access right control to ensure all IT systems and applications are efficient and secure
  • Provide IT Support on OS configuration, software installation and configuration, and user account management of all levels
  • Manage IT assets, licenses and documentation
  • Configure Hyper-V, backup and restore, health check, performance tuning and capacity planning
  • Participate in IT related projects
  • Setup meeting environment for board or guest meeting
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in IT / Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Holder of CCNA/CCNP certification is a must
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT network administration and system support, preferably in Club or hospitality industry
  • Must be well verse in Shell Scripting & Hyper-V
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft Infrastructure Configuration (Windows Server 2012 / 2016, Microsoft Active Directory, O365 Exchange). Microsoft Certification is highly preferable.
  • Hands on experience in Network Security, Firewall setup and configuration, and VPN across different business partners
  • Knowledgeable in Database Management & Backup Strategy
  • Experience in Linux platform, IP Phone & Point of Sales System will be advantageous
  • Experience in Cloud Service and Server management will be advantageous
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, responsible, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in English
  • Shift Duty is required
