Recreation Assistant (Sports & Recreation Department)

Job Duties

  • Ensures the daily sports & recreation operation is smooth and the facilities are properly set up and well-prepared
  • Works with other staff to ensure that diverse and well-managed sports programmes are in place for members, guests and visitors
  • Handles customer enquiries in a professional manner
  • Supports and attends other club events

Requirements

  • Tertiary education with 1 year’s experience in hospitality, facility/estate management or sports and recreation management 
  • Hardworking, passionate, responsible, courteous and customer service oriented
  • Excellent team player
  • Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
  • Good knowledge in MS Office applications
  • Outdoor exposure is necessary and willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Immediate availability will be advantageous
  • Holding a valid Driving License will be advantageous

Spa & Fitness Co-ordinator

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service to our members
  • Handle the administration work at the Spa Reception independently

Requirements

  • Secondary education
  • Preferably with a minimum 1 year of relevant experience from hotel or spa environment; fresh graduate are also considered.
  • Good team player, presentable, customer service oriented and excellent telephone manner
  • Interested in wellness and beauty
  • Proficient in spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office application
  • Flexible and willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays

Assistant Sports and Recreation Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sports & Recreation Manager and Sports & Recreation Supervisor to supervise the team’s discipline
  • Lead the subordinates to perform operational duties
  • Plan and organize sports and recreation activities
  • Co-ordinate the maintenance of sports and recreation facilities
  • Perform patrolling to ensure the safety and cleanliness of sports and recreation facilities
  • Deal with members’ enquiries and complaints

Requirements

  • Tertiary education in hospitality, facility/estate management or sports and recreation management
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Possess events organizing experience
  • Good team player is a must
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Pleasant, outgoing, presentable, energetic, well-mannered and customer service oriented
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Outdoor exposure is necessary and willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Immediate availability will be advantageous
  • Holder of valid Driving License will be advantageous
